Tires That Easily Change To Treads
Remember back in the 1980s when we were all going to have floating cars…?
Apparently we’re not getting those any time soon.
Well, I feel like these tires would make a nice consolation prize as I wait on my floating car.
Unfortunately, this is military grade experimental equipment not available to us mere mortals. These tires were created by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Carnegie Mellon University’s National Robotics Engineering Centre.
Maybe someday!
Think of the trouble you could get into with these as ATV tires.
