Jericho Mountain State Park has 75 miles of OHRV trails in the park and it connects to the Ride The Wilds trail system. You can reach both sets of trails directly from the campground.
Ride The Wilds is an off roading paradise with a 1,000+ acres open to OHV. Since this is such a popular area, many ATV parks in New Hampshire are now catering to ATVers and off roaders looking to enjoy this beautiful region.
Trails are mostly easy, they’re wide with firm packed dirt and some rocks. The trails extend throughout the surrounding hills and provide lots of overviews to soak up the views. Visit the first 2 weeks of October to catch the foliage change.
The campground is small, however it has all the amenities including bathrooms with showers and a laundromat. You can reserve campsites from May 11 through November 1.
Park is open year round, but it is not staffed during the off season and bathrooms and other amenities may not be available.
There is a day-use area with a swimming beach, boat launch and picnic area. Other activities available include fishing, hiking and mountain biking.
Jericho Mountain State Park also has a 2.5 mile 4×4 trail that was built by a local off roading club. This trail costs an additional $20 per vehicle with 2 people. Extra people are $4 each.
All Jeeps/trucks who drive this road are required to have appropriate upgrades including a winch. Plan for 3.5 – 5 hours to complete this trail.

This multi use area is managed by the US Army Corp of Engineers. There are picnic areas, a boat ramp and a beach for swimming. In addition, hunting, canoeing, fishing and hiking are also available at this 10,000 acre area.
Hopkinton-Everett Lakes has about 26 miles of OHRV trails and over 30 miles of designated snowmobile trails.

Pisgah State Park

Popular area for dirt bikes. Trails are open to ATV/SxS under 50″ wide.
About 15 miles of trails open to ATVs, horseback riding and biking. Riding is on primarily hard packed dirt with minor rocks through forested areas.
At 21 square miles, this is New Hampshire’s largest state park. It includes the watershed of the Ashuelot River and 7 ponds. This multi use area is managed by the US Army Corp of Engineers.
Park is open year round, but it isn’t staffed during the off season. Be aware that there are temporary seasonal closures for Spring (April – May) or extremely wet weather to limit environmental damage.

Mountain Mud Run Terrain Park

This park’s claim to fame is it’s rock bouncer events – they host several throughout the year
Open to ALL wheeled vehicles, including mountain bikes. You have to call for riding and camping rates – it varies according to the size of your party and your camping needs.
One of the very few privately owned ATV parks in New Hampshire. They have 63 acres with 12 miles of trails for all skill levels – easy to extreme.
There is also a mud bog, 3 rock crawl courses and 2 bounty hills. Plus, this land includes a former quarry, so there are diverse areas for riding and climbing.
This park hosts several events throughout the year including Mudapalooza in the spring which is open to ATV/SxS.
They also host two truck event for mud trucks and rock crawlers – one in spring and one in summer. Or, for some heart stopping action, check out the Rock Bouncer Competitions.
Available for private events with a bandstand available.
Two casual restaurants are within walking distance or accessible by OHV trail.
Camping is primitive with no hook ups or amenities. Plenty of room for RVs and trailers. Water is available to fill.

This park allows ATVs under 65”. Stock exhaust systems only, no modified pipes allowed. All ATVs are checked upon arrival. Dirt bikes or 2 strokes are not allowed.
Privately owned campground on 89 acres.
This family friendly park accesses the 125 mile North Country ATV Trail and access to 1000+ miles of Ride The Wilds Trails. You can drive directly from the campground to both trail systems.
In addition to off roading there is also a large beautiful pool, horseshoe pit, fishing, hiking and kayaking on the Connecticut River.
If you have a big rig, be sure to call ahead, there are limited sites for rigs over 40’.
